Streaming database devolepment

Hi all,

I am doing my Master's in IIT-Hyderabad, INDIA.
Presently I am working on Streaming databases.

We are a group of Two Master's and one B.Tech Student.

We are interested in Streaming database development.
We would like to contribute to this SCIDB project to support Streaming.

We have experience in designing a database system which has Disk-manager, Buffer Manager, Storage manager and B+ tree indexes.

We studied the streaming databases like Aurora, Stream(Stanford) streaming databases.
We would like to implement some more efficient approximation algorithms in those databases.

We would like to know any work was already done in streaming area or not ?
